Day 8

Hello world. Well I haven't blogged in a few days. Dads been visitiing but I still mananged to get my workouts in...except for day 4 - Yoga X. The DVD did not work. My wife contacted our seller and they said they would be happy to send us a replacement disk. I hope it gets here before Thursday. Seems like alot has happened since my last blog. At my wife's urging, I have moved my workouts to our garage and created a more permanent pull up bar. It was actually just a little cheaper than the door pullup bar we bought. We have returned that. I ordered a pair of 5s 10s,15s,20s,25s barbells online. Seemed to be cheaper than anthing I oculd find in the store and craigs list was just a mismash of weights. I think I need to install another set of lights in the garage though. My diet has been going well except for the fact that I don't seem to be eating all the food I am supposed to. I will try to be more diligent. I've already lost about 7 lbs and my wife is a little jealous. Men seem to drop weight easier but I am looking for that weight wall to hit soon. Personally I pretty much ache most of the time but I feel pretty good. I feel like my body is reshaping and I am not too disappointed when I can't keep up with the dvd. One day at a time. On a good note, I still play volleyball and I think I already see improvedment...of course 7 lbs is a lot when jumping but even though I feel really tired from all this training, I jump quite a bit higher, I seem faster, and my warm up time is reduced dramatically. Of course that was last week and over the weekend. Looking to see how it improves over this next week and over the course of the training. As long as I see improvement in volleyball, I don't think I will get down too much on myself.
