Day 3 Shoulders and Arms

I did a much better job tracking my reps and weight this time. I will create an excel spreadsheet and record the data and plot a graph over time. I was able to complete the entire workout, but I'm sure I did less weight than the DVD. One note, is that it sucked having to constantly change the wieght on my weight system. I will look on craigs list this weekend and see if any one is selling something I could use. I did much better on abX workout although the rollup V crunches are still too much for me. Whew, abs are singing right now. Til tomorrow.
