Day 2 Plyometrics
They should just call this the Jump routine from Hell. I was only able to get thru the firs 40mins of this. After that I could barely lift my feet off the ground. This from a guy who plays vball for 2 to 3 days a week. I ended up marching in place for the last 20mins. At least I have something to strive for I guess. Can't expect to be able to do it well the first time.
